You want to set up an exchange between an African country and Germany, but you have a lot of questions? No problem. Let us advise you free of charge and without obligation.

No matter whether you have no experience in international youth work or have already organised exchange projects: We will answer your questions and help you implement your project idea.

The advisory service is aimed at institutions and professionals in the field of cultural education who are interested in implementing youth or professional exchanges between countries on the African continent and Germany. We offer:

• Support in finding a partner organisation
• Advice on the content of the programme
• Support in evaluating the content of the project
• Support in preparing the programme together with the foreign partner organisation

How does it work?

Send an email with the subject “Individual counselling” to liebig(at)bkj.de and briefly describe in it:

• Your request: What questions do you want to talk about? What do you need support with?
• Who will take part in the counselling: Yourself? Will your partner organisation also be present?
• Your availability: When would you like to receive counselling? Please give us two preferred dates.

We will contact you as soon as possible and set a convenient date together. The individual counselling takes place online via Zoom (no registration necessary) or by telephone.
